What does the hiring process look like?

We follow a rigorous multi-step hiring process, outlined on this page:

4. Trial Project (Paid) – You prove you can execute in real-world conditions.

What happens during the trial project?

The trial depends on the role. If you're applying for a Stage 1 role in our accelerator, you might be tasked with picking an idea and signing three clients in 42 days. If you're applying for a marketing, sales, or operations role, you’ll complete a real-world execution test to prove your skills.

How soon will I start working if I’m hired?

Immediately. Once you're selected, we send employment documents and get you started right away.

What is the work culture like?

We move fast and expect results. You’ll have autonomy, but we also set clear KPIs and expect you to hit them. If we assign a project, we expect rapid execution—if something should take a week, we’ll check in a week later to see it done. Speed, execution, and adaptability are critical here.
